When are fees due?
Fees are due at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements are made. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, or E-transfer are acceptable forms of payment. A receipt will be issued to you once payment is received which you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if you have coverage.

Fees for service are charged at the recommended rate by the Manitoba Psychological Society. You can visit their website at https://mps.ca to find the current recommended rates.

At least 24 hours advanced notice of your appointment is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. There will be no charge for cancellation of appointments received at least 24 hours in advance. If notification of cancellation is not provided at least 24 hours in advance, the full fee of $215.00 will be charged. In cases of an emergency or sudden illness, this fee may be waived.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
When are appointments available?
Appointments are available Tuesdays all day into the early evening, Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings.
What can I expect at the first session?
During the first session you will have the opportunity to get a sense of who I am and whether I might be a good fit for you. We will complete an assessment that will include background information, your current concerns, and goals for therapy. I will then discuss recommendations for therapy and if you decide you would like to attend therapy, sessions will be tailored to meet your needs.
